In January of 2006, Topline Construction Corporation moved into their new headquarters in Somerville, NJ.  In a rapidly growing market, they needed both the facilities and the technical support to capitalize on their growth.  eSOZO Computer & Network Services was there to design, install, and configure a state-of-the-art computer network system within a pre-determined budget.

eSOZO’s network engineers interviewed Topline principals
and performed a pre-installation walk-through to assess the company’s needs.  Working directly with management, eSOZO VP of Network Engineering John Niko was able to salvage some of the existing hardware while recommending new desktops, servers, and other types of equipment to maximize employee performance.  Technicians then traveled to the client site on a Saturday morning to prevent business interruption and configured the new central file server and firewall, set up the new desktops, and performed PC tune-ups on the salvaged equipment.  Each desktop was configured to connect to the network, and a backup strategy was developed to ensure that Topline’s critical business and financial data was secured.

The work didn’t end there.  eSOZO was able to find an economical, web-based solution that allowed company-designated personnel to connect to the network from home, and a network engineer was available the following Monday morning to provide Topline employees with a tour of the new network and answer their questions.
