Live System Monitoring – Remotely monitor servers & desktops using a real-time system that “flags” any potential problems.  Proactively solve problems. 
General Maintenance – Routine software update checks, operating system and file-structure related services. 

User Account Maintenance – Create, disable, and delete user accounts on your network as requested. 

Software Installation – Remote installation of application software. 
Hardware & Software Troubleshooting – Isolate the cause of problem(s) in the computing environment. 
Needs Assessment – Custom support regarding hardware or software purchases to accomplish specific tasks or business goals.   
Network Security – Support of hardware and/or software to provide reasonable network security and virus protection. Note: network security and virus protection services are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed to prevent network intrusions or virus attacks.
Data Backup & Data Recovery – Monitor and maintain a backup strategy.  Create media rotation sets and an archive schedule. Periodically verify backups. Data recovery services are also available.  Data recovery is usually completed within one business day. 
Annual PC Tune-Ups – Yearly PC Tune-ups will be performed on all eSOZO maintained systems, keeping them up-to-date and virus & spyware free. 
General Response Time – General remote services are usually delivered within a 2 to 4 hour timeframe during normal business hours, 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.  Emergency response is available upon request. 
24-Hour Emergency Service – After-hours onsite service is from 6pm to 8am, Monday through Friday, and all day (24/7) Saturday & Sunday.  Emergency service is delivered within a two to four hour timeframe. Additional fees may be billed for 24 Hour Emergency Services.
