How does it work?
  Instead of having someone come to your home or dropping your computer off at a service center for a few days, we provide our services securely over the internet.
Once you create an account and schedule a service, a trained tech will get your computer back in shape while you watch from home.
What is remote computer support?
  Remote computer support allows an eSOZO technician to connect to your computer
over the internet and remotely fix your problems while you watch.  Remote control technologies and high speed internet connections make getting your computer serviced more convenient and affordable than ever.

What are the minimum requirements for remote support?
  A computer running Windows 2000, XP, or Vista with a high speed internet connection are needed to get remote support.  eSOZO does not provide remote support to users running legacy operating systems (Windows 95 / 98 / ME) or users with dial-up
internet connections.

Are the remote sessions secure?
  Yes.  All remote sessions are created with a 128-bit encrypted connection between your computer and an eSOZO technician.  A one-to-one connection is established that no one else can view or access during the session.  This ensures your security and privacy   

Do I have to disable my firewall before establishing a remote session?
  No.  eSOZO would not want you to jeopardize your home network’s security.  Our sessions are created by the client initializing the remote session.  This permits us to work through your firewall, allowing your network to remain secure.  

Can eSOZO still connect to my computer after my session completes?
  Absolutely not.  The applet that is installed when you initiate a remote session is completely uninstalled when the session is ended.  The applet must be installed,
with your approval, each time a remote session is established.

Why choose eSOZO remote support over traditional service options?
  Convenience and cost. Traditional service options require you to schedule an appointment and wait at home for a technician to arrive within a certain time window.  Your other option is to crawl under your desk, unhook your computer, and drop it off at a service center for days; unable to monitor the technician’s work.  Remote service eliminates these hassles by allowing you to set an exact time for the service to be performed; no waiting around for a technician to arrive and no crawling under your desk!  Remote support allows eSOZO to service more clients, by eliminating travel time, allowing us to keep our pricing low.

How does the connection fee work?
  A $25 connection fee is charged for each remote session.  Save money by scheduling multiple services to be completed during one remote session. 

How long does an average PC Tune-up take?
  Depending on your computer’s speed and the severity of spyware, malware, and virus infections, a tune-up can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 1/2 hours.   

Is eSOZO’s work guaranteed?
  Yes. eSOZO strongly takes pride in our customer’s satisfaction.  Our remote services are guaranteed for five (5) days.  eSOZO will work with any customer who is not pleased with their service to ensure their complete satisfaction.  

What if I have to reschedule my service appointment?
  You can reschedule your service appointment by contacting our customer service department.  Appointments must be rescheduled one day prior to your scheduled service.    

Does eSOZO offer on-site support?
  eSOZO Personalized Online Computer Services are only performed over the internet. However, eSOZO Business solutions provides on-site services depending on your location. To see if on-site help is available in your area please contact our customer service deptartment.

Does eSOZO support Apple Macintosh?
  No. eSOZO currently offers online support for PCs running Windows 2000, XP, and Vista.
