eSOZO LLC endeavors to provide great service. In the unlikely event there is a dispute between a customer and eSOZO LLC regarding services administered eSOZO LLC resolves to use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the customer inquiry or complaint in a manner that is acceptable to both the customer and eSOZO LLC. eSOZO LLC reserves the right to issue a refund or cancellation in any case eSOZO LLC deems appropriate.
