1. Service Description
Our SMS Service allows customers to communicate with our support team via text message. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern the sending and receiving of SMS messages related to technical support, service requests, and ticket updates.
2. User Consent (Opt-In)
By initiating a text message to our published support number [484.471.7379], you consent to receive SMS messages from us for the purpose of:
– Confirming receipt of support requests
– Providing ticket updates and status changes
– Requesting additional information to resolve issues
– Confirming resolution or closure of support tickets
You may also opt in during onboarding, via written or verbal consent, or through our client account setup process.
3. Opt-Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

– You are responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
– Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. SMS communications are logged in our support and ticketing systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or mobile device. The SMS Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the SMS Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
